PURPOSE: A door window regulator assembly damper for an automobile is provided to prevent contact sound and impact sound caused when a rail guide of a carrier plate comes in direct contact with a stopper. CONSTITUTION: A door window regulator assembly damper for an automobile includes: a carrier plate(100) having a body(110) coupled with a door window of an automobile and a rail guide coupled on the backside; a rail(200) coupled to be movable vertically between the body of the carrier plate and the rail guide; a stopper(300) coupled to the lower part of the rail and coming in contact with the rail guide to stop the carrier plate when the carrier plate descends; a regulator(400) having an ascending and descending motor(420) ascending and descending the carrier plate with a wire(410) connected with the carrier plate; and a damper(500) having a front fixing projection fixed to a damper hole formed in one side of the carrier plate and coming in contact with the stopper to prevent the contact sound of the rail guide and the stopper when the carrier plate descends.
