PURPOSE: A tire is provided to promote traveling stability by preventing an accident like a slip when traveling on an abnormal road surface like a frozen road or a snowy road, a slope, etc., and not damaging a road surface when traveling on a normal road surface. CONSTITUTION: A tire comprises an inner race(2) formed in the doughnut shape to be attached to a wheel(1) of a vehicle and provided with a housing groove on the outer circumference, and an outer race(4) attached to the outer circumference of the inner race and provided with many projections(3) on the surface.
