PURPOSE: A dial type retractor which can cancel the locking state of locking device is provided to randomly arrange numbers on a dial pad. CONSTITUTION: A dial type retractor comprises a dial and an outer peripheral part. The outer peripheral part comprises a dial key input unit(100) and a controller(102). Different numbers are arranged on the dial key input unit according to the special key manipulation for the password input. The controller receives a dial complicate signal corresponding to the password offered from the dial and key input unit. The controller cancels the locked state of a retractor(106) when the dial is rotated based on a preset number as the preset rotation counts. A voice output(108) outputs error warning sounds when the input password is incorrect.
