PURPOSE: A packaging bag for fruits and vegetables is provided to enable a user to conveniently pack the fruits and vegetables, and to manufacture the bag by heat-fusing. CONSTITUTION: A packaging bag for fruits and vegetables comprises the following: a film(100) with multiple layers prepared as a mother material; a space unit formed by overlapping on end portion and the other portion of the film and by heat-fusing the portions; an outer surface(120) and an inner surface(110) of the film formed with the same material capable of heat-fusing; an opening for inserting and discharging the fruits and vegetables; a band(300) for tying the opening for sealing the inside of the film; and an inner sheet(200) heat-fused to overlapping portion of the inner surface.
