<p>A method for forming at least one electrically conducting contact area on a thin-film solar module. The method steps include providing a plurality of thin-film solar cells including cell material layers; applying the thin-film solar cells to a support material; and forming the at least one electrically conducting contact area on the thin-film solar module by using a cold gas spraying process. A thin-film solar module includes a support material, a plurality of cell material layers applied to the support material, and at least one electrically conducting contact area formed on the thin-film solar module by a cold gas spraying process.</p> |
