PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a flexible device, the flexible device, a solar battery, and an LED are provided to manufacture a largely patterned LED device layer without respect to a size limit of a substrate, thereby increasing processing stability. CONSTITUTION: A device layer is laminated on a sacrificial substrate. A flexible substrate(900) is bonded with the top of the device layer. The sacrificial substrate is eliminated by dipping a silicon substrate in etchant. The sacrificial substrate is a silicon substrate. The flexible substrate comprises a bonding layer. The bonding layer is bonded with the device layer.
