PURPOSE: An additive for a hydro-conversion process, a producing method thereof, and a usage method thereof are provided to collect catalyst metals containing nickel and molybdenum catalyst metals. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of an additive for a hydro-conversion process comprises the following steps: injecting raw carbonaceous materials into a first grinding unit; drying the grinded materials until the humidity of the material is less than 5wt%; inserting the dried grinded materials into an assorting unit; heating the inserted materials at 300~1,000deg C; and cooling the heated material at the temperature lower than 80deg C. |
