PURPOSE: An electrode needle device structure is provided to enable a user to separately use electrode needles according to the area and scattered location of lesion regions. CONSTITUTION: An electrode needle device structure comprises: a dispersion body(10) to which an electrode line and a cooling water line are connected and which distributes high frequency and cooling water; and an electrode needle body(20) which is connected to the dispersion body through a connection line and in which an electrode needle providing high frequency and cooling water is combined with the front thereof. The electrode needle body forms a plurality of division bodies by being divided into two or more bodies.
