PATTERNING METHOD USING OF HYDROPHOBIC LIQUID INJECTION

PURPOSE: A patterning method injecting hydrophobic solutions is provided to form a micro electrode by using an inkjet printing with low resolution. CONSTITUTION: An injection hole(120) is connected to a flow path(110) of a mold(100) to inject hydrophobic solutions. Mold with the injection hole is aligned on a substrate(200). A hydrophobic pattern(210) is formed to correspond to the flow path by injecting the hydrophobic solutions through the injection hole. The aligned mold is separated from the substrate. A pattern of a desirable shape is patterned on the substrate.
