PURPOSE: A light-emitting elastic post is provided to enable partial replacement by employing a prefabricated body and improve the visibility by emitting light in the night time. CONSTITUTION: A light-emitting elastic post(100) comprises a body(110), a prop(130), and a lighting part(160). The body is formed in a hollow rod structure in which a plurality of light reflection boards(112) are attached to the peripheral surface and an expanded protrusion(114) is formed on the bottom. The prop is fixed to the surface by a plurality of anchor bolts(140) passing through the top to the bottom. One or more LED elements are installed inside the prop. The lighting part allows the LED elements to illuminate the body.
