PURPOSE: A shock-absorbing leg of a board for jumping exercise is provided to more effectively absorb an impact by using a first shock absorbing unit and a second shock absorbing unit. CONSTITUTION: A shock-absorbing leg of a board for jumping exercise is constituted as follows. The shock-absorbing leg of a board for jumping exercise is formed in a hollow body shape and is equipped with a pair of attaching protrusions(203) on the upper part of the body. The shock-absorbing leg of a board for jumping exercise is equipped with a first shock absorbing unit(201) with a weak wrinkle structure and a second shock absorbing unit(202) with a strong wrinkle structure.
