PURPOSE: A driving management device of an antenna pole is provided to make lighter device using simple composition and reduce manufacturing costs at the same time, thereby enabling the bulk manufacture and distribution from a lower distribution unit cost. CONSTITUTION: A basis pole(12) of a hollow cylindrical form is formed in which a basis sealing ring(11) is combined in an upper end of a pole part(10). A cushion member is respectively installed to an upper surface of a moving sealing ring and the basis sealing ring of the pole part, in order to prevent a collision when a descent operation. A seal packing is formed into nitrile-butadiene rubber. A movement power supply part(20) operates and controls by receiving a signal from an operating switch(23) through a cable or wirelessly.
