PURPOSE: A multi sensor image fusion method is provided to extract and compose feature points in the composition of an IR image and a VIS image. CONSTITUTION: Feature points are extracted from an IR(Infrared Ray) image and a VIS(Visible ray) image(S110). Corresponding points are decided with the comparison of mutual information between the feature point of the IR image and the feature point of the VIS image(S120). Using a converting model, the unit coordinate of the IR image is converted into the unit coordinate of the VIS image(S130). If the bilinear Interpolation of the converted coordinate is completed, the corresponding point is matched and the IR image and the VIS image are composed into one image(S140,S150).
