PURPOSE: A phase mismatching error compensation apparatus and method thereof are provided to compensate phase matching between an antenna and a reception channel in a phase comparison detection method. CONSTITUTION: A wideband RF receiving unit(330) calculates a first phase difference between a first/second output terminals of a first splitter and a first/second input terminals of a first/second wideband radio frequency receiving unit. The wideband RF receiving unit calculates a second phase difference between the first/second output terminals and the first/second input terminals. A compensating signal generating unit(380) generates a compensating signal to compensate the phase of the wideband RF receiving unit by using the calculated first/second phase difference.
