PURPOSE: A magnesium glasses frame is provided to reduce the cost for a surface treatment and a processing process for preventing oxidation by minimizing a processing process and a processing part. CONSTITUTION: A lens is combined with the either side of lens frames in the magnesium glasses frame. A seating groove(2) whose mouth is large enough for the lens to be immediately inserted is formed on the back of the either side of lens frames. A lens fixture part(10) is fixed on the back side of the lens frame with a fixing screw. The lens fixture part is inserted into an etching part and the lens is fixed. An etching part(7) in the side of a bridge horizontally passes through the bridge. The both ends of the lens fixture parts include a holder(11) in a form inserted into the etching part. One side of an etching part(7') in a leg support part is connected with the seating groove.
