PURPOSE: A method for improving a sensing rate of a moving target and radar system for applying the same are provided to improve a sensing rate of a moving target by coherently combining at least two radars. CONSTITUTION: A first transmission signal with a first transmission frequency is transmitted and a second transmission signal with the same frequency with the first transmission frequency is transmitted(S410). A first bistatic target reflected wave related to the second transmission signal is received(S420). A second bistatic target reflected wave related to the first transmission signal is received. The first radars side doppler frequency is obtained from the first bistatic reflected wave(S430). The second transmission frequency is calculated.
