A method for predicting of delayed consolidation of fractures comprises the general clinical, radiographic, ultrasound, and computed tomography. Additionally, in blood serum from peripheral vessels of damaged limb and the content of tumor necrosis factor-alpha and interleukin-6 are determined and at TNF-α level of 80 pg/ml, IL-6 of 8.5 ng/l and more the possibility of delayed consolidation of fractures is prognosed. |
