A device for release of fluid from pressurized tanks comprises a metering element, a drain tube, a hollow plug located inside a hollow sleeve, and a locknut with O-ring. The metering element is made in the form of a compression spring with different diameter of winding and mounted on the hollow sleeve from inside of the tank and in the hollow plug rigidly connected to the drain tube longitudinal grooves are made for connecting the cavity of tank with thedrain cavity of plug.
