METHOD FOR TREATMENT OF HYPERPLASTIC PROCESSES IN ENDOMETRIUM

Method for treatment of hyperplastic processes in endometrium includes diagnostics of endometrial hyperplasia. Additionally one determines expression of receptors to estrogens and progesterone, proliferation factor Ki67/PCNA, pro-apoptosis protein p53 in endometrium. At that at dominating expression of receptors to estrogens treatment is carried out with agonists of honadotropin release-hormone. At increased expression of receptors to progesterone treatment is carried out with derivatives of progesterone, and at expression Ki67/PCNA ≥ 10% and presence pf protein p53 to treatment prescription of alpha-2b interferon is added.
