A method for surgical treatment of papillary duodenal ulcers (duodenum) relates to medicine, namely, surgery,by cross duodenotomii under papilla and resection of the posterior wall duodenal ulcers and papillary process ensures fewer postoperative complications in the form of stenosis at the site of plasticity. |
