A pneumatic actuator for braking system of the mobile energetic vehicle contains the source of the compressed air, the case, the cover, the major diaphragm, the spring between the major diaphragm and the case, and the plunger. Furthermore, the actuator contains three concentrically located diaphragms, the first, central, and peripheral ones that are aligned with the major diaphragm. The base of the central diaphragm is connected with the spring and the plunger. The base of the peripheral diaphragm is connected with the base of the first diagram with the aid of three tie-rods with the angular distances of 120° between them. The base of the first diaphragm is connected with the base of the major diaphragm via the additional tie-rod. The cavity generated by the additional cover, peripheral, central and first diaphragms and the cavity generated between the case, the first diaphragm and the major diaphragm are connected with the source of the compressed air directly. The cavity generated between the cover and the major diaphragm is connected with the source of the compressed air via the pneumatic line containing the controlling valve. |
