A method of observation for carriage location comprises carriage tracking with use of wireless communication. First, a navigation system is formed using a GPS/GSM navigation device and servers connected via information communication, or use Internet and GPRS. GPS/GSM is configured for two-way operation. Using satellite GPS communication geographic positions, running and speed of carriage movement are determined. A report is formed and transmitted it over mobile or cellular communication channels to servers. Output information received from the navigation device is mapped upon user’s electronic chart and brought into server’s data base. |
