A simulation method for uveal glaucoma consists in simulating animal allergic uveitis by means of conductance of general antigen sensibilization containing 50 mg of serum albumin in 1 mlof sterile buffered solution subcutaneously fivefold, once a week, with following one-use administration to ocular anterior chamber of antigen dividing dose containing 5 mg of serum albumin in 0,1 mlof sterile buffered solution. On the next day the animal, after administration of antigen dividing dose to ocular anterior chamber the hyalurate is additionally administered. |
