THE METHOD FOR 3D OBJECT INFORMATION EXTRACTION FROM SINGLE IMAGE WITHOUT META INFORMATION

PURPOSE: A three dimensional individual information extracting method in a single image is provided to estimate information such as the elevation angle of the light source in an image. CONSTITUTION: An image without meta information is inputted from an artificial satellite or an aircraft(S100). A reference object is selected from the inputted image. The height about the reference object is obtained from the inputted image(S200). The vertical line and shadow line information about the reference object are used. An elevation angle is estimated instead of azimuth of a camera(S300).
