A method of manufacturing wood-polymer plates relates to wood industry and can be used at manufacture of the wood plates. A method of manufacturing wood-polymer plates includes grinding wood particles, mixing them with chopped secondary polyethylene and a modifying additive, formation of a wood plastic rug/briquette, its hot-pressing and cooling the obtained plates. Novelty in the method consists in that as a modifying additive a mixture of calcium lignosulfonate and polyvinyl alcohol is used at following content of components of the wood-polymer composition, %: wood particles - 60, secondary PE - 32.5, mixture of calcium lignosulfonate and polyvinyl alcohol - 7.5 at the ratio between them 1:2, 1:1 or 2:1, and the plates are pressed by flat method under the pressure of 3.5 MPa, temperature 160-, duration 0.8 - 1.2 min/mm and after compression are cooled in a cold press under the pressure of 1.5 MPa. |
