Method for measurement of angular displacements is in fact that for measurement one uses photoelectric transformer of angular displacements. The transformer is placed on its own, separate from rotary object, axle of rotation, there a bobbin is installed, with non-stretched cable free end of which is rigidly connected top the surface of the rotary object. The wire is brought to initial position due to application of a spring.
