METHOD FOR EVALUATION OF STATE OF ADAPTATION BY MEANS OF MARKERS OF APOPTOSIS CD95 AND APO2.7

Method for evaluation of state of adaptation by means of markers of apoptosis CD95 and APO2.7 includes analysis of peripheral blood pf patients with use of flow cytometry and marker-receptor CD-95 as inducer of apoptosis. Additionally one uses marker of antigen APO2.7 (so called 7A6), that is found at membrane of mitochondria at early stages of apoptosis of cells. At values 0.35±.u. for CD95 and 4.51±.u. for APO 2.7 respectively one makes conclusion on normally important process of adaptation, at deflections from values of characteristics to side of growth for CD95 more than 0.79±.u. and 21.5±0.78 a.u. for APO 2.7 one makes conclusion on possibility of cleaning of processes of disadaptation.
