A method for making vegetable icecream includes in the prescribed composition vegetable juice (plasma), which is obtained by means of chopping, centrifuging, filtering and separating a liquid phase and that solid by means of a two-times cycle freezing-defrosting according to the following scheme: freezing- defrosting-centrifuging-filtering. In doing so the liquid, which forms the solid phase during centrifuging, is added to the overall volume of the juice, and the solid phase, which forms the liquid phase during centrifuging up to general amount of flesh. The sieved salt is preliminary mixed with the liquid phase. |
