Method for determination of sum of alkaloids of white hellebore in herbal raw material includes extraction of sum of alkaloids from material under investigation, purification, concentration, removal of solvent, dissolution of dry residue and measurement of optical density. Quantitative determination of the sum of alkaloids of white hellebore is carried out in re-calculation to veratrydine by method of spectrophotometry. |
