摘要

Test-system for determination of anti-IIa-factor activity of low-molecular heparins that includes substrate, factor IIa, antitrombin III, standard sample of low-molecular heparin. At that it includes depleted with thrombocytes human or bull blood plasma (frozen of lyophilic dried) with normal indices of hemostasis that is a source of physiological substrate and antitrombin III, and concentration of buffer solution tris-HCL 1M.
