Method for diagnostics of cattle coronaviral infection by means of express-method includes obtaining virus, immunization, obtaining gamma-globulin fraction of serum, study of test-objects by method of reaction of immunefluorescence (RIF), use of marked with fluoresceinizothyocyanate (FITC) immunoglobulins that are obtained from hyper-immune blood serum. One uses as virus – coronavirus, with its concentration, one obtains gamma-globulins with sulfate method with following purification with ion-exchange chromatography. |
