摘要 The invention relates to a process for production of metabolites with surface-active and emulsifying properties, where Rhodococcus erythropolis IMB Ac-5017 is cultivated in liquid medium, containing mineral salts, as a source of carbon and energy – ethanol in concentration of 2% at pH 6.8-7.0, and in early stationary phase producer of sodium citrate is introduced, at that the concentration of sodium citrate is 0.085-0.095 %, and content of mineral salts is: KNO– 1.0; NaCl – 1.0; NaHPO– 0.6; KHPO– 0.14; MgSOx 7HO – 0.1; FeSOx 7HO – 0.001. The process allows to reduce the content of salts in cultivation medium in 3 times and to increase to 70% the emulsifying index of 70-fold diluted cultural liquid.
