RAW MIXTURE FOR THE PRODUCTION OF GAS-CONCRETE ARTICLES

A raw mixture for the production of gas-concrete articles comprises portland cement, quartz sand, lime, aluminium powder or paste, additives and water. The novelty consists in that as additives dust of dry gas purifications of manganese alloys production and superplasticizer are used in the following component ratio, weight %: portland cement – 9-25; quartz sand – 17-40; lime – 9-20; aluminium powder or paste – 0.03-0.08; dust of dry gas purifications of manganese alloys production – 0.8-2; superplasticizer – 0.001-0.0015; water – the rest. This intensifies the process for gas separation for improvement of structure uniformity and physical-mechanical properties of finished articles and saving of aluminum powder of short supply. The invention provides the improvement of macro- and microstructure of material, leading to the increasing of durability and decreasing of density of gas-concrete articles.
