RESIN FILM SHEET COMPRISING CONDUCTIVE PARTICLE AND ELECTRONIC COMPONENT ELECTRICALLY CONNECTED BY THE SAME

PURPOSE: A resin film sheet including a conductive particle and an electronic component electrically connected by the same are provided to rationalize a film installation method of each electrode form and select a proper conductive layer of a resin film, viscosity disparity of an insulating layer and conductive layer, thermal conductivity disparity, exothermic speed disparity, thereby enabling to realize conductivity performance improvement and a cost reduction. CONSTITUTION: A resin film sheet is laminated with more than two layers which include at least more than one resin film layer with a conductive particle and insulating resin film layer respectively. A thickness of the resin film sheet is in a range of 10 to 16 micrometer. A central surface in thickness direction which is located in a same distance from both surfaces of the resin film sheet is included in the insulating resin film. A thickness of the resin film layer including the conductive particle is larger than a diameter of the conductive particle and smaller than twice of same.
