A method for making canned rapana mollusks includes processing mollusks obtaining rapana meat, cutting the meat, mixing with recipe components without access of oxygen, packing into cans, hermetic sealing and sterilizing obtaining the target product. The meat is cut by slices, prior to mixing with the recipe components the cut meat is additionally blanched in boiling water. |
