PURPOSE: An air removing apparatus for medical treatment is provided to remove and discharge air included in the sap or the blood effectively. CONSTITUTION: A cover includes a first cover and a second cover facing the first cover. A first connector is formed in one side of the cover, and fluid flows in. A second connection part is formed in the other side of the cover, and fluid is discharged. A pore is formed in the second cover. An air filter is combined in the inner side of the second cover. An air extrusion part is combined with the cover and lowers an external pressure of the fluid, and then air including the fluid is discharged through the air filter and the pore. In a connecting part, a combining unit is formed outside of the second cover, and the air extrusion part is combined with the combining unit. A tube extended from the connecting part of an air pocket and an air pocket having elasticity and combined in the tube are included. The air pocket is formed with silicon gel.
