PURPOSE: A shear reinforcing member of a slab and a post bonding unit is intended to be integrally formed through press processing. CONSTITUTION: A shear reinforcing member comprises a body(20), an upper head plate(30) and a lower head plate(40). The body comprises an upper plate(22), a lower plate(24) and a middle plate(26). The upper head plate is formed on the upper part of the body. The lower head plate is formed on the lower part of the body. A plurality of cut holes(28) are formed on the middle plate at regular intervals. Blades(28a) are formed on both sides of the cut hole.
