PURPOSE: A food-waste handling device is provided to filter foreign materials from food waste with the protruded blade or bent blade of a first cutter. CONSTITUTION: A first cutter(120) comprises a disc shape of a body. A plurality of protruded blades(122) are formed on the upper part of the body. The protruded blades firstly crush food waste. A second cutter(130) secondly crushes the food waste. A rotary shaft(142) is connected to a motor(140). The rotary shaft rotates the first and second cutters. The motor supplies torque to the first cutter and the second cutter.
