The device has a belt frame (1) comprising fixation ends and a strap (5) whose ends are provided with another set of ends. The frame comprises a male end (2) that is fixed to the bottom and a female end (3) is fixed at a port of a helmet (8) at a lumbar level, where the female end is fixed to the top for allowing connection of the strap. The strap is made of polyester or polypropylene, where width of the strap is less than 20 mm and length of the strap is approximately 110 cm.
