The component (1) has a body (2) made of polymer i.e. high density polyethylene, and provided with a fixation face (2A) fixed with a bone (G). A fabric (6) i.e. bone colonization fabric, is fixed with the fixation face of the body by welding, and is impregnated with liquid or viscous substance. The fabric includes partly free fibers, woven or braided patch or pulverized wide-meshed fibers. The liquid or viscous substance is selected from collagen derivatives, solution containing bone growth promoters, solution containing stem cells and solution containing proteins. An independent claim is also included for an implantation assembly, comprising a prosthetic component.
