PURPOSE: A web searching method and web searching system based on web page connecting time and visiting rate are provided to supply a search result by grasping information usage degree of a search result page for a user as a method of a web search system based on visiting rate and web page connecting time. CONSTITUTION: A central processing device extracts web pages by searching an index database including a received search(S320) if a user inputs a search word(S310). By rearranging the extracted web pages(S330) and providing the web pages(S340).
