PURPOSE: A reinforcing structure of a concrete structure for a construction pile and a tension member is intended to form integral strong foundation on the front end of a pile CONSTITUTION: The core hole of a front-end reinforcing plate(22) is fixed to the front end of a pile or a tension member(18). An operating rod(24) can move up and down through the core hole. A stopper(24a) defines the vertical moving distance of the operating rod on the operating rod. Horizontal expanded reinforcing bars(26) are hinge-connected to the circumferential surface of the operating rod. The horizontal expanded reinforcing bars are radially extended.
