<p>PURPOSE: A compound semiconductor light-emitting device is provided to improve optical extraction efficiency by preventing the absorption of the light due to an adhesive. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive is provided at a frame. A first compound semiconductor layer is formed on an upper surface of a substrate and has first conductivity. A second compound semiconductor layer has second conductivity different from the first conductivity. An active layer is positioned between the first and second semiconductor layers to generate the light by recombining electrons and holes. A lighting-emitting unit(201) is fixed by the adhesive. A spacer(203) is positioned between the lighting-emitting unit and the frame to form an interval between the frame and the lighting-emitting unit.</p> |
