摘要 PURPOSE: A far infrared rays emitting thermal plate and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase an amount of emitted far infrared rays helpful to t8he human body and to have an efficient exothermic feature with many calorific values for a short time to be used for a diseased part rapidly. CONSTITUTION: A step of creating a mixture for emitting far infrared rays is to mix zeolite powder of 20 weight%, illite powder of 20 weight%, pozzolan powder of 5 weight%, sea stone powder of 25 weight%, tormalin powder of 5 weight%, a mixture of yellow soil and terra alba or yellow soil or terra alba of 25 weight%, which are shattered to have a particle size of 350 mesh. A recharge step is to fill a prepared a mold of a predetermined shape with the mixture for emitting far infrared rays up to a certain height. A wiring groove formation step is to form a wiring groove with a predetermined shape to wire a prepared heating line to the filling materials in the mold. A coating step is to coat the heating line surface with a certain thickness of the mixture for emitting far infrared rays by spraying the mixture for emitting far infrared rays uniformly to the wired heating line after the heating line is located along the wiring groove. A thermal plate formation step is to form a thermal plate including the heating line after filling the mold with the mixture for emitting far infrared rays to completely cover the heating line and pressurizing the mold in a state where both ends of the heating line are exposed to outside the mold. A plasticity step is to put the thermal plate into a kiln furnace after de-molding it, and to plasticize the thermal plate at 900°C~1100°C.
