PURPOSE: A polyp moderation medical device is provided to improve effectiveness and accuracy of surgical operation by executing the moderation surgical operation with measuring the size of the polyp at 1 time insertion. CONSTITUTION: A polyp moderation surgical operation part for the moderation of polyp is combined with the front end part of an endoscope body(110). The polyp moderation surgical operation part comprises an endoscope injection needle and an electricity lasso(115). A polyp measuring unit(120) which is formed at the front end part of an endoscope body measures the size of polyp. The polyp measuring unit comprises a plurality of color mark parts(120a-120f) arranged at the regular intervals. The plurality of color mark parts is prepared with respective different color.
