<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately predict a power demand amount. <P>SOLUTION: Past and present power demand variation data in own microgrid and past and present power demand variation data in a plurality of other microgrids are stored and updated. Among the plurality of other microgrids, the variation status of a power demand has a correlation with a variation status of a power demand in own microgrid, and the other microgrid at which a load status of the power demand generated, preceding the variation status of the power demand in the own microgrid by a prescribed time, is selected as a preceding microgrid.
