<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor chip capable of achieving the enhancement of sensor sensitivity and capable of specifying a target substance from an SERS spectrum, and to provide a sensor cartridge, and an analyzer. <P>SOLUTION: A diffraction lattice 9 is formed on the plane part 10s of a base material 10 and makes the cross-section have a rectangular protruded shape. The plane of the base material 10 has a group of first parallel metal-containing projections 11 arranged at a cycle P1 shorter than the wavelength of light in a first direction, a group of the substrate parts 10a of the base material 10 positioned between two adjacent first projections 11 in the group of the first projections 11, a group of a plurality of second metal-containing projections 12 formed on the upper surfaces 11a of the respective first projections 11 in the group of the first projections 11, and a group of a plurality of the third metal-containing projections 13 formed on the respective substrate parts 10a in the group of the substrate parts 10a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
