PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for determining a therapeutic effect of a tumor patient to which a dendritic cell therapy is applied, and to provide a kit therefor. SOLUTION: A method is provided wherein a II-type carbonic anhydrase (CA-II) antibody value in serum originated in a patient is measured by a kit including a II-type carbonic anhydrase (CA-II) protein, and it is determined that the therapeutic effect has been achieved when an antibody value of the serum after treatment is heightened in comparison with an antibody value of the serum before treatment.
