The method involves thermally treating component regions (4,5,15) with curable aluminum alloy by heating the component regions using annular inductor coil (10) in pulse mode so that the component regions is made deformable. The component regions are warmed at a temperature of 100-300[deg] C and the component regions are mechanically deformed with a material deforming tool (12). An independent claim is included for device for manufacturing component.
