THE DEFECT-AVOIDING CUTTING DEVICE AND THE CUTTING DEVICE OF POLARIZING PLATE

PURPOSE: A cutting device for avoiding defects and a polarizing plate cutting device using the same are provided to improve the detection accuracy of defects by performing cutting at a right angle to an elongation direction. CONSTITUTION: A cutting device for avoiding defects comprises a defect detection unit(50), a laser cutting unit(60), and an accumulator(30). The defect detection unit detects the defects of a marked polarizing plate(10). The laser cutting unit cuts the polarizing plate by avoiding the defects detected from the defect detection unit using a laser. The accumulator is ascended in the vertical direction of the elongation direction of the polarizing plate.
